Smaller moon please

I am using Firefox as my browser.
The header loads first and then when the moon phase image loads some time later, the header has to resize to fit.
It always seems to happen just as I go to press on "Unread Posts", which has moved down so I miss it.
If you are unable to control the size of the moon, can you make the default header size larger.

Yes Jim that moon is a bit of a problem.
Because it 'loads' from France & get a warning up in the address bar as well.
I'l turn it off for now till I do a work around.
phpBB used to be mostly SSI but is now more stylesheets etc.
Whatever I do needs to be in a way that doesn't need stuffing around every time I do a software update.

Thanks,
A lot better now.

My web coding is limited to very static pages.
I am good at dull and boring...

I would probably cheat and add a few lines of text below "A board for motorhomers, caravanners & campervanners" to force a bigger header box.

Alternatively, my dog knows when it's a full moon so I can always ask him.

Health issues make typing and mousing difficult so a moving target just makes things worse.

How is that Jim & Vik?
I reduced top & bottom padding from 5px to 2 px.
Still has a little jump but I think it is better.
Jim are you using Prosilver still or the Orange style?

I'm still on the prosilver scheme.
I tried the orange one and can see the improvement there but I went back to prosilver.

This morning the moon is rising faster so the delay in resizing is not an issue.

I'm still on the original... suits me fine.

But, just noticed that the clock is actually showing the 'actual' time here, not as previously a different time zone. Is that part of the upgrade or haven't I been paying enough attention. :? :D
