Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Morning everyone, was on really early but had to get into working on my hand. A good 21mm yesterday and overnight here and today its cloudy and some showers on the horizon, gardens and paddocks are bright green and looking wonderful. Only needs a week of hot weather and that will change quickly.

Had physio yesterday in a hot Hobart (23c), took out the last stitches and have more movement in my hand. The ultrasound is working wonders now can use it on the entire hand, have been a bit wary of the claims of ultrasound, but those have used it on, claim it works and now can say in my situation it really does and it certainly helped my last dogs back a great deal. Don't think he would've understood the placebo affect.

Could only bend my fingers just a little until got the go ahead to give it the works by the physio. Used it 3 times yesterday arvo, covered it with eucalyptus oil and started forced exercise, which is uncomfortable. After that soaked it in Epsom salts, then covered it with alo vera, which helps the healing of the skin and scars.

Now can bend all my fingers except little one a lot and can actually get my fingers onto a fret board, so very happy. Little finger was the worst and is stiff, now can bend it a bit, just have to take it easy with that one as the nerves and tendons were ripped apart. Can feel my finger today, yesterday no feeling at all. Will do a 36hr fast over the weekend, which should make an even bigger difference, plus I will feel so much batter after giving my body a rest, time to heal and rejuvenate.
