Morning every one trust your weekend has been great so far, excitement for the day is a birthday for a 1 year old. Could be the high light of the year.

One last thing on the knees, when you have bone on bone grinding away every day thre is only one way to fix it and no diet, fasting or naturpath can do it. I had both knees done at the same time. Cheers

Seriously, I can understand that what goes in your mouth affects not only what comes out t'other end, but also what goes on between.
That said, there are times when no amount of 'good food/lifestyle' can repair things. I couldn't diet my way out of a cancer which destroyed five vertebrae.

i believe a good healthy diet is extremely important when one is fighting any disease, including cancer, good diet & healthy lifestyle, has to be a plus IMO.

Thanks Helen, driving me crazy, can't do a thing with it and discovered as the swelling has gone down, they failed to take out some stitches, which is probably adding to the stiffness, get those out when see the physio hopefully. Been looking at some left handed guitars, just in case.

Bit impatient, so have been doing a lot of walking and running to take my mind off the boredom it involves and nothing is getting done n my farm, bit sick of old westerns on youtube. Getting some strength back it in, it's so nice to have a shower without having your arm in bag and gladwrap, there are places you can't reach with one hand and my neighbour refuses to wash my back.

Life can be a very interesting journey, or a boring merry go round. Because of my early childhood experiences, have continued to make my life as interesting and variable as possible. Would commit hari kari if had to stop taking new paths and learning new things, that's why I strive to keep the negatives of old age at bay.
