Thought for Today

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

I saw an interesting sign at the shops the other day.
It asked the question
'How come there is only a stairway to heaven?
But there is a highway to hell!
Is it because of anticipated traffic numbers?

You'd think at least they'd put in an overtaking lane for the uphill climb eh? With all the money the churches have you'd think they'd put in an escalator with keep left signs for those that are in a hurry

That sign in the church foyer that did the rounds on emails a while back is one of the better church humour ones

Good one, T1!

I once put the first part of that one on the door of our church (with the Pastor's permission):
"You can't talk to God on your mobile phone.
Please turn it off now."

When someone complained to him, he asked them during the service to come out front, & then asked them to demonstrate that it was wrong.

I wish at the time I'd thought of the last line...
