Thought for Today

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Ok Terry. Now explain where the lint in a dryer keeps coming from.

Thanks for that explanation Terry. Now I can be confident that it is not my fault. Don't know about the dryer lint but I have worked out where the belly button fluff comes from. Have you noticed it is mainly blue and the only thing I wear that is blue is my socks, and as they wear out reasonably quickly I believe the fluff must travel up my trouser leg and get lodged in my belly button.

I have a theory about lost socks, or odd ones if you choose to call it so. I believe that if you find an odd or unaccompanied sock whilst hanging out the washing, then you should leave it on the line. Don't bring it in. After a while its mate will turn up and they can be a pair again.
I totally subscribe to T1's theory about missing tools. But I did like the explanation that Homeless put up.

Might stay on the clothes line for a while if SWMBO has noticed a sock with a hole and tossed it without mentioning that to you. :?

I've never really had a problem with things going missing...

They always turn up in the last place I look...

So just look there first. ;)

I don't bother even looking! Just ask her where she put it!
I then get told where to go........... (to hell... politely!) (or get stuffed!)
Then I head off to the Big Green Shed........
