Roberts Move to SA

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Don't forget to take out that all important insurance over the property. I believe it is only in SA that the property is no longer the responsibility of the seller and transfers to the buyer. A real nervous time for the buyer because any damage done by the seller while moving out ends up in a sh*tte fight as to who has to pay for the repair.

When we moved out of the Lake Illawarra premises we had a HIAB truck crane lift the 20 ft container over the roof of the house. It was 2 days before hand over, in NSW we would have been responsible if it had all gone wrong, but in SA?
