It’s in Kulin, WA, at the beginning of the Tin Horse Highway.
Part of a sculpture park.

You’re right...
I filed the pic (along with pics of all the sculptures) with my 60+ pics of the THH, and they were all labelled “THH, Kulin”. Must change the Hyden labels...
