This is a unique Caravan special build to order by Pedigree Caravans, Melb.

The tail swings out with hard sides ( NO CANVAS ) that lift and lock into position , it travels at 21' and X-Pands to 26'
The shower - wardrobe is an innovative design that uses the same space ( wardrobe slides out and with an internal door closing becomes a full size shower.
The toilet is the opposite side of the van and completely self contained.
The roll-out awning is new , same as the vynal front on the van, Both have only done one trip recently.
The front seats in the kitchen area are 6' long and can be used as single beds. The double bed is at the rear of the van.
Plug on draw bar to add portable solar if parked in the shade
2 x 110 Ah batteries
Full annexe, Very little usage since we've had the van.

Concertina door to bedroom.
Support legs x 4 (NEW)
L.E.D tail lights and clearance lights.
Flick mixer taps in the kitchen and toilet

Heron 3 air conditioning.
5Kw Diesel heater
2 x 85 ltr water tanks with switching to supply water from either tank.
Tank direct fill port on side of van to fill directly from hose.
Snap on drain hose connection with drain hose supplied.
360 W of solar on roof ,and an andersen plug on draw bar that connects directly to solar reg for extra solar panel/s if wanted
External connection on van to TV output in van for VAST TV connection.
Also with all satellite gear for reception anywhere in Aus
Recent wheel align done in Bunbury. WA
List of instructions for operating water controls, solar input, and Specific Steps to swing out / close tail of the van are included in this sale.
There is also quite few little additions that have not been mentioned as the posting is rather long
This van is setup for free camping , very rarely did we stay at a CP.
There might also be the option of transporting the van interstate , at your expense of course, but that might have to be up for discussion with Herself
