Kappy,
Volgen is an Australian built bus body. They have built hundreds of buses and still do. Located in Melbourne.
Have you tried the manufacture directly?

You haven't said but you have tried Volgren I suppose?
Telephone: (03) 9791 4255
Might be cheaper to do some metal fabrication like another person I was reading about so you can use flat glass in 4 sections?
Those huge windows on some of those tour buses are so inviting for bouncing rocks!!

Although our Tourmaster had flat screens originally a bit of bad design meant you could get 1 screen plus 9/10 ths of the second out of a sheet of glass.
We added a bar across the top and fitted 2 small fixed pieces which meant we can now get the 2 from a sheet, way more economical.
So, it is not impossible to change from design, no problems with rego or certfiers.
One thing we did do though was ditch the rubbers and made the screens a little bigger and bonded them in, there is one leak source taken care of.
My screen guy did tell me though that he can make a screen for anything, they just need a template to bend a sheet to if it is curved.
Way easier to change it to a flat screen though.

Volgren was the marriage of a beautiful metric swedish girl (Volvo) and the rough-arsed stralian Grenda Busses who knew nothing of a spirit level and abused her with imperial bolts. They did have some reasonable aluminium fabricators in the Acacia Ridge (QLD) shop before it closed down
I think they still have a facility in Malaga (WA) which might be helpful too
edit- if its perfectly flat any old glass fitter can install a window provided its compliant material

Google 'commercial windscreens' or similar. Any number of windscreen replacement companies can do that.

If flat thats easy, but consider my comments on bonded if it has rubbers at the moment, just make very sure that there is a safety glass mark on the finished glass, sometimes they "forget" to fix that sticker

Kappy,
Are the windscreens intact? It's not clear.
It might be a simple matter of making a ply pattern or taking one side out and having two made.
One side should fit. Just rotate inside to outside.
The Bedford has flat screens; I'm sure one will break at some time and I'm not looking forward to the hassle of having to get it sorted

Had an email via Volgren Malaga, glass no longer available for this model Australia wide through Volgren.
Cheers

So just get a local windscreen guy to cut them to your pattern, we made one out of some material something was sent in, bit like chipboard only softer, way easier to shape than ply. Then get him to bond them in, job sorted. Mine made me paint a black surround, and he had painted a black edge on the glass, looks like it was designed that way.
Easy peasy if you already have flat screens, just stay away from Obriens, they are really expensive, like 2.5 times what I eventually paid.
And like I said, laminated safety glass WITH sticker saying so.
