Re: Jayco optimum
Reading Russel's comments about his licence experience....
Just in case we ever get to own an Optimum, Margaret's choice of mh, what is the difference between driving a long wheel base Sprinter and an auto Optimum for an experience driver who has driven Rental Trucks that you can drive on a car licence. To me the Optimum is bigger, wider probably, higher, slower off the lights, slower to stop.
(Have also towed big tandem vans for the last 30 years)

Re: Jayco optimum
It won't be slower off the mark - they are a brilliant engine. It won't be slower to stop - six wheels all with disk brakes and ABS.
It is just a matter of getting your head around the extra size and with good vision, front and rear, it really becomes comfortable driving - after all, even men can do it.
