Check out this 3 bedroom house for sale in Dysart Qld, asking price $55,000.
Come up and join me in this great little town.

Looks good. Just have to convince the boss. We are looking for a home base.

Looking at the state of lawn and palm, it would be far too hot for me.

That is the place. It is close to my place in Singleton St and around thew same size block.
The town has a lot going for it as far as just living---lots of sports clubs, parks, doctor, hospital, only supermarket is IGA,
Coles Emerald do deliveries for a $4 fee several times a week by fridge/freezer van. (they deliver my WEIS BARS to me).
Isaac Council have a good website on Dysart and surrounds.

PeterH--- Simple solution---build another carport.

I can go around and measure it if you want to consider the place as a winter base/investment.
Where else can you buy a fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom house in a good little town of about 3,500 residents and no traffic lights, and with most of the required facilities [for Seniors living] for around $50k ?
