We have been doing a bit on the swagman, too hard to make photos fit. Refloor an upholstery to go.

Our setup is not quite as large as some others here, but it suits us just fine.
We originally built and used the TearDrop as a sleeper box behind the Pajero but after we'd sold the Jayco and bought our first campervan I did some alterations on it and converted it to a storage/kennel/dunny box for trips behind the Campervan.
It was basically a matter of removing the mattress and moving some other stuff around. It can be put back into 'sleeper' mode in about 10mins.

The TD has 80w solar and 105ah battery to keep the extra fridge cold.
It all works very well, and the Molly dog is happy to have some cover for the cold nights.

Often thought a trailer with the loo and shower etc would be a great idea for the Mazda, but Margaret wanted the toilet in the Mazda rather than having to duck out to the trailer.... and what happens when we don't take the trailer? I just can't imagine Crunchy sleeping any where that mum wasn't within sight and these days that isn't very far away at all

Dedicating space for a dunny/shower in the Hiace wasn't a likely option I'm afraid.
When we don't have the TD behind us we're generally heading to a place with some level of amenity suitable for the girl.
That said, we often have no idea where we're going so we chuck the dunny under the seat and the tent in the back.
There's always a Maccas somewhere along the road............... ;)

Wouldn't head clearance be a problem for us bloques doing 'No 1s'?

I don't need much headroom for when I have a piddle out at a bush camp, the sky is a long way up.

Update? Really?
We traded the trusty old ford falcon for a prado, nice truck, limited tow rating. Then last year about this time, we traded the jayco 18 ft Sterling caravan for a jayco 16ft starcraft, with a full bathroom with separate toot and shower. Think this will be our last van as it has everything that we really want.
We don't have to worry about the sky when we need to piddle!!!!!!
