Happy Birthday Kay, did Bruce get up early and bring you a cuppa in bed?

Many thanks for wishes yesterday. We were going to the RSL for lunch with some neighbours but he woke up with vertigo and me a rotten headache so lunch was cancelled. Mitchell and family arrived with pizzas last night so a very quiet day. He would have to be awake at 4.30 to bring me a cuppa in bed! I went for my usual walk to try to clear head and back in chair asleep when he got out of bed. Good to talk yesterday CC and Bob never even thought about birthday when at your place.Stay safe & cool everyone.

4:30 in the morning, no wonder he had head spins  Hate waking up with the blinding headache because I slept with my neck in the wrong position and pinched the nerves, but after 16 yrs since the car accident, I'm getting better at clearing it before it settles in and turns into a migraine.
That V-o-l-t-a-r-e-n 12 hr stuff is magic, rub two applications from the shoulder up to the base of the skull starting from under the ear one side and working around to the other side, you can feel the tight tendons that are causing the problem so give them a second treatment .... works for me so worth a try .....
