Thanks Deborah, much appreciated, will catch up somewhere one day.
Bruce it is only a cosmetic reno, will be finished in a couple of weeks, already halfway there, doing it while we still can. New kitchen cupboard doors today and a couple of vanities, outside paint will be finished this week, then just replace a few termite damaged skirting boards and it is done.
Well aware of the knees and hips thing, one knee gone and one hip just starting, stem cell therapy organised before Xmas.
Farm training nearly over, I am pretty sure they will fail as soon as I leave but I have done as much as possible, they just don't get how much you have to put in to make that sort of money, they want the big bucks but want to have a life as well, just doesn't happen !
