Farewell Princess Crunchie

Post by T1 Terry »

We had to make the hard decision yesterday afternoon to let Crunchie our Chihuahua/Maltese cross go on to the final resting place. At 15 1/2yrs old her kidneys finally gave out and she lost the will to live. She travelled with us everywhere we went but the last few trips she really didn't seem to enjoy it so we knew the end was approaching. Over the last week or so she went from fussy eater to no eating at all and the only thing we could get into her was puppy milk squirted into her mouth with a syringe.
We will bury her beneath the concrete dog at the corner of our driveway so she can still see everyone who comes and goes.

RIP Crunchie

A sad time but you had 15 years of enjoyment so plenty of memories.

We lost one of out twins while on holidays a few weeks ago. Her 'replacement' arrives tomorrow.

Sorry to hear the news but at least she is now at peace and we can toff our hat to her each time we visit.

Always sad to loose loved ones, something unavoidable in life and never a good feeling when the end comes for them. At least you know you gave her the best life and am sure she appreciated the love you showed her, as do all the furry ones who pass through our lives and effect us greatly with their love and devotion.
