Checked it out and I still have to login every time.

So to me it's still broke

Get rid of any existing short cuts. Use the URL given above (revised one), select unread pots tab then save a new short cut.

Finally did it
I'd forgotten that it was also held in Chrome and Sync
Turned them all off and did as advised,
Yayy finally ok .

Mine working now deleted the old icon and replaced it with a new one so don’t have to sign now [emoji106]
