"I'm on to it. I can see what the problem is but am waiting to find a work around.
In simple terms, when someone tries to open the forum, a 'tool' immediately checks to ensure the version of software the forum is using (3.3.11) & if that's OK it checks to make sure the version of PHP is high enough to run the software.
Since I updated yesterday we were & still are running PHP 8.2 but the software is falsely reporting it was only 5.3 or something.
I simply forced it back to 8.2 & all was OK.
So it is the version checking tool that is reporting falsely & showing the error.
Please if anyone sees an error & can't access the forum, send me a txt saying DOWN to 0423895690.
Scammers please don't bother.
Blondes welcome!"

I don't think it's something that we can fix from our end. I think it's entrenched in the bulletin board software. I reckon the software owners, not the forum owners, should address the issue.

"tanks" here---
When I receive the message I just shut down my laptop and restart it after a minute or so. The message cleared and no more trouble.

I'm now 85 years of age and living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no address, no money, no worries.

I just come back a bit later and it seems fixed, got it when actually logged in not letting me go to another thread, so just went back a page and that fixed it. been happening pretty constantly and mainly in the early morning when I get up.

Complaining about it seems to fix it  After my frustration post, it hasn't mucked up since

It seems to be at its worst, in our early morning, which is when the USA is running at evening peak. But every so often it will smash me during the day. It can be a real pain in the bottom at times.
