Water
Hi everyone
Paul asked me to ask if anyone has recently been across the Nularbor. He was wondering if anyone knows if there is water in those two tanks
Thank you Helen Tffbo

Re: Water
Which 2 tanks?
If you mean the 2 before Kimba = NO they're full of old tyres.
If you mean the 2 near Ellery Rockhole and Mundrabilla , just luck I suppose
There's a few more along the highway and depending on the time of the year, rainfall etc whether there's water in them or not.
AAAAAnd ......Sometimes the bullet holes from the weekend warriors / cut lunch cowboys are at the top, sometimes at the bottom.
But if there is any I'd be boiling the hell out of it before drinking the residual soup. LOL
I always take 20 Ltrs drinking water for that trip because potable water is scarcer than gold out there and once I needed some, and once I met a cyclist the needed topping up.
