He was a brilliant, well educated man of the people. He was the PM during some of the greatest improvements to our way of life at a political level, a larrikin that will be very hard match in the future of our the political arena.

Unfortunately things will never be anywhere near as 'good' now we have all this modern electronic 'media'.
Facebook, twitter & all the other instantaneous messaging with none or very little responsibility ...............
The media people have much to answer for.
Make me nearly spew seeing some media & some political figures trying to use Bob's passing as a tool to generate even more votes.

A cynic would suggest a rumour that he died a month ago and was put on ice to be rolled out a couple of days before the election.
