RESETTING PASSWORD

IMPORTANT!!!
At present a lot of people can't get back into the forum once they have a new password sent to them.
Please read the email that comes with that new password. (slowly...!)
You MUST click on the given link in the email to activate the new password before you try using it or it will never work.
Sometimes if you've tried to get in 3 times you may have to scroll down and enter the answer to a question before you can get it to accept the password.
By far the biggest problem appears to be failure to click the link to activate the new password.

Mine worked OK BOSS OHH masterfull one.
Not sure why my password failed I though perhaps I had been a naughty naughty boy and dotty or terry tried to get rid of me

That's good Brian. Thankyou for letting me know.
There was the requirement that the password had to have letters in both cases. (Caps & ordinary)
This is different to most other forums so I've now relaxed it to not need to do that.
We'll see how the hackers get on. If we have troubles we may need to tighten the belt again.

Thats all good boss, I dont understand why my old password just stopped working, but now that I have used the "new " password, I cant find how to reset it to something that I can remember. What am I missing here please?

That original message is actually not correct now as as each person signs up I get the message for me to activate their account.
I was getting too many Ruskies signing up & activating their own accounts.
