Blow a dog off a chain wind and busts of driving rain throughout the day yesterday, still as still this morning and freezing cold. The weather man says to make the most of it because the wind and rain will be back by tomorrow, wonderful

What a wild wind. Been blowing from the NE all day up to gusts of 87 km / hr. Very unusual for up here. Also had a dry thunderstorm come over above the wind from the SW with a lot of lightning. Was cleaning up a tree that had blown over and had a lightning strike very close. Only heard a very load crack and a blinding flash. Decided to come inside for safety and work out my GST for the tax man. Only 1mm of rain.

Well VP is rocking but don't come knocking mum, nothing going on here other than the howling wind.
At times on the way up her had a full 1/2 lock on against the wind and it has just been wind and drizzle ever since.
Car is full of wine so maybe time to go home ?
Nope says missus, more blocks of land to look at yet.(Stanthorpe)

We have had the wind here in Mendooran for over a week now keeps changing direction and won't stop.

A lot cooler today now that hot dusty wind has turned from the North.
21 & cloudy is forecast.
Now I just have to wash the mud off the car & boat.
Unbelievable that it can rain mud here.
