Wanting to know if any of you smart fellas know what metal would have the least friction in an aluminium channel?

Aluminium with a teflon face glued to it.
Look at those little teflon 'buttons' on the bottom of your mouse?
Any true metal sliding in aluminium will eventually bind & tear the alum.
