Robert, on your way to Nundle you could take a drive up Duncans Creek to check the number of trees now growing on my 16ha. ;)

Sorry for not fully answering you Dot. The tractor man was part of the service, otherwise nobody could get on or off the sites. One lane roadways with gutters built up at the edge for each site. For us to hitch up, our front wheels would have to be up on the site opposite us and the turning circle would not have allowed the van to turn in time. Definitely easier to let their man do his thing!. Your nasty callers have a computer coding thingy that lets them make up numbers and city codes to make it look like they aren't calling from a tiny island, made up of millionaires who steal from anyone they can con into giving to their evil causes. xxxx

As the heater is all sorted, I started on other jobs. The mending pile was the main chore for today. It was a big pile too, so all done now and a few more chores out of the way. Boring and tedious, but that has to happen some days.

night all xxx

My physo has a real wealth of clients she can get info from. She told me that "painters are to be licensed / registered." so did a ph call and some one will ring tomorrow Hmmmmmm. Also rang Dulux paints tech dept that helped us out with our roof paint issue and he is away till Monday with covid and will also call Monday. :D I actually feel mean going for this painters jugular but then I don't really. Boys on bikes are doing so well up those mountains in Italy, beautiful scenery also. Brian had check up again today, he has a noisy R) lung so his A/B's are continued for another week as well as the other meds for his herpes thing. Poor boy he never complains. Made a meatloaf today, it was lacking in a bit of oomph but can't say what, I followed the recipe fully. George said it was ok.?? Watch the Tina Turner special tonight, she was a really special woman, took shit for too long from her husb but she finally saw her worth and left the bum. All abused women or men should follow her lead, she left with 36cents to her name so that says something. RIP Tina. Tanks tells me he is slowly unpacking his many box's and feeling good health wise. Time to say goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Shirley x :D

Dot, never feel bad about chasing up a crook. He did a crappy job and deserves to be called on it. Happy chasing mate xxxx

Had to go to our skin specialist today, for usual check ups. No dramas, but we didn't waste the trip.

I put in some scripts to be collected tomorrow and we did an aldi shop. Mainly to get a mattress topper for the van. We spent a lot of time trying to find a queen one. They were mostly king sized, apart from them being dearer, they would be overkill on a jayco "queen" mattress. Double bed sheets are even a bit too big for it, but jayco still insist on calling it a queen bed. After totally destroying the display, we found one queen sized one at the very back of the stack. We had great exercise putting the display back together again. If it saves me from buying a new mattress, I will be happy. It shall get a trial run on June long weekend and if it is a success, I will cut the thing down to fit the bed properly and sew it all nicely around the edges.

We had had enough by then, so called it a day. Came home and rested.

goodnight all xxx

Good evening. My deck work came to a halt about midday due to a violent storm causing water to overflow our retaining wall and depositing a heap of litter all over the deck.

That's part of the deck to be sanded Jon, I've used paint stripper along the edges.

George you sure had a big dump (of rain) Gives you something to do hey? Q/ what seats / chairs do you lot have in your caravans/ m/homes and are they comfy? I am having trouble getting comfortable in my seat even though it is a Stressless recliner swivel chair. Maybe Riverlander could advise if re stuffing or whatever would be an option??? That roof man hasn;t got a chance, believe me. His painters rego ran out last sept so big no no , then there his OH&S have a pic of him with no safety harness on doing the roof, tax dept for not giving receipt and a few other things up my shorts. Get into that mending Deborah but have a good rest. Shirley should be coming good soon. Watching the BOB going up to the snow line 10ks climbing up 14% -6% - 12% & 8 % my eyes get tired even watching those climbs. The roads there don't have the pussy rails along the roads, you'd be splattered everywhere if you went over the side. Had a quote for an X/Ray for Brian between $750 and $850, guess what they were told, and that is with the discounted price insurance. Might take him with me when I have my X/R and say he is my therapy cat and lay him next to me..  Goodnight one and all x :D Goodnight Tanks x :D
