Hi from Betty & Mark

Post by fred4skin »

Just saying Hi to everyone. The wife & I have just bought a Toyota Coaster 2000 model, have taken out the seats now the fun begins. Will be travelling while working on the bus by pulling the caravan. I'm like a big kid "can't wait". Will be needing advice from time to time ...A big thankyou in advance.

Welcome to the forum Betty & Mark, the Coaster is very popular vehicle for conversion and there is a lot of stuff made for them available off the shelf. What area do you live? Lots of very helpful people on this forum so feel free to ask anything, you could even get a sensible answer if the stars are aligned correctly

Hi Everyone thanks for the welcome,
Myself & Betty are very excited to get going. Don't know what or how to do the Coaster yet but at the moment its registered as a panel van so we'll be travelling with our dogs in the bus & the caravan for us. The break will be good for us after over 30 years registered breeders of Toy Poodles, (now retired)we now have just a few older dogs left, they enjoy travelling as well.

North/West NSW Gunnedah/Coonabarabran is home at the moment...very dry & hot today....Getting hotter !!!

Will get the camera working soon to show the progress

Thanks again for the welcome
Mark

Hi Mark and Betty, welcome to the forum. Coasters make a great M/home. Just remember that the only straight lines on one are from front to back. Every vertical surface on a Coaster has a curve in it. Look at as many different layouts as you can, before you get too far into your fit-out.
Ask any question you like. As T1 said earlier, you might even get the answer that you need.
Cheers
