Thought for Today

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

If they made a biopic of Morgan Freeman's life, who would they get to narrate it? :?

Here's something to ponder. Or not.

Thanks for that, Dave.
For some reason I have spent a lot of time pondering this very thought since before Christmas…

Leonard Nimoy. I would need to be an AI generated composition of every sound bite ever recorded, but I think it would be one of the few who could do it justice .....

Saw this on an EV forum and thought I'd share it

What the heck am I doing wrong ?
My ev’s supposed to explode
Or maim the pedestrian throng
When I silently drive down the road

If there’s one thing I cannot abide
When I plug the car in for a fill
It’s missing that smell of petroleum
I miss standing in that diesely spill

I regret all the carparks I’ve crushed
And those battery mountains I make
And the bridges I’ve crossed in a rush
‘Cos they crumble to dust in my wake

I’m told I can’t change the exhaust
To one wilder and raucous and fun
So I’ll rapidly go and get lost
Before the power runs out in the sun
