Umm, T1,
Would it be one run for a while by a club, then shut down because people started criticizing said club's management?
Said forum being then revived with rules so tight it became as boring as bat-guano.HMMMMM?

Ahhh..... that would be why I wasn't familiar with the reference
For some reason none of those variations of a once great forum want me as a member ....good judgement one might suggested
