Hi Bruce. The house is now nearly water tight now except for the flashings and ridge cap. Still a massive amount of work to go yet before we can move in. I was going to move to the new house and give the old house a tidy up and a coat of paint before selling it but a young couple offered to purchase it as is so we have to be out by mid September. Luckily we have the small flat around at the new place to move into for a while.
Have to cut a couple more holes in the house for the new windows and the outside will have blue board and render.
Cheers John

Should have it mostly water tight by tomorrow night.
:? I hope there's no rain forecast until you fix it...

Have you started the kitchen fit-out yet? Or is that part of your "mostly" problem?

At least now that Girt has departed, you have plenty of room for boxes and boxes and boxes of "stuff" from your old place!

A chance of a little rain forecast for Monday across the lower Northern areas.

How's progress on them walls, John? Needing doors yet? Or do you still just walk through the framework? :P
