Re: Forum’s short-term memory
I think we may have an electronic version of coronavirus.
The needing to log in each time seems to be spreading. Has affected me for the past two days. Firefox v. 73.01 on a Mac, & double checked with Safari v. 12.1.1 with same result
Strangely though no problem with Opera v. 67.0.3575.31

Re: Forum’s short-term memory
It just got me as well. It has happened to me a couple of times on other forums as well, so maybe it is not totally related to this forum?
Cheers

Nah, OZeRV can't claim exclusivity on this issue, it can and does happen anywhere......supersparky wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2020 9:06 pm It just got me as well. It has happened to me a couple of times on other forums as well, so maybe it is not totally related to this forum?

Re: Forum’s short-term memory
No matter what I try on the electric vehicle forum, I have to log back in every time. The other forums do it every so often and really catch me out because I can never remember what password I used

Re: Forum’s short-term memory
T1, the easiest way around that is to make all your forum passwords the same. I used to be the same as you with different ones. Then I thought , stuff it and made them all the same.

Re: Forum’s short-term memory
Bruce, I didn't mean just one password for everything. All I meant was the same password for three or four forums. It would be less than sensible to have the same one for everything.
Cheers

Having to log in every time continues.
