Ah, well we have the Ready Brute which was already installed on the Suzi we bought. Apart from following instructions, mostly without issue if we ignore the flat battery in the Suzi when we got to Wilcannia, it seems to work fine. But this is new to us so we have no reference point.

It didn’t make sense for us to spend $10K on a second hand Suzi for a Roadmaster when we could buy one already set up with a different system. We paid $18500 for our 2015 5 door with Ready Brute installed. 28k on the clock but it had been towed on a full lap so probably the running gear had travelled 60K.

Yeah, I think I pulled the cables from the Tom Tom out of the cigarette lighter fitting but left the cigarette lighter in the charger. Not 100% sure but we know the radio and air con were off, so that seems to be the only possibility.

If it wasn’t so stressful, it would have been funny to take photos in Wilcannia. I ended up driving the Suzi from Wilcannia to Little Topar Roadhouse to charge the battery. 🙄

That’s why we chose to tow our Jimny on a trailer when we did our Big Lap...
