Believe it or not Bob I cant there is nowhere to jack it higher...to much other stuff in the way, and if it was possible it would have been done...I'm not happy being under it as it is...
There is only one spot forward of the axle and that's where the stand is. The only other is way back behind the steps into the bus. about a third of the distance back. The Isuzu was much easier...

I'll try again.

Put the socket drive in the extension.

Pack some thin pieces of wood under the socket drive to support it. (ie hold it up.)

Still got 3 to go? I'd be making up a plate/puller with 2 or more high tensile, fine thread bolts.
the finer the thread the more 'pull' you'll get.
