Not a definite answer but Tanks just went thru this as well. It appears as tho it is to do with your ISP that you are using for the internet. All ISP's are tightening up on scammers & spammers.
Try deleting all you history, if that doesn't work try flushing your cache. Used to be two keyboard keys at the same time (CTRL & F4).
If that doesn't help you can try to contact you isp for help.
Google 'flush cache' for your browser. (Firefox, etc)
TANKS gave it a rest for a few days & now his is OK.
