Vik he has never been in trouble with the cops, but apart from that I have no idea, just the way I like it.

Finally had some spare time in the garden  when SWMBO had exhausted her supply of 'little jobs' (which usually took 2hrs) for me.
So I have installed the restored scooter in the garden.
It's positioned so it smacks you between the eyes as you come up the driveway... :D

You will nb that it is chained to the tree (sprayed chain to match scooter :P ), on account of
(a) it's highly portable (Der, it's a scooter!), and
(b) we have a motel next door and only a notional (greenery) fence between us.

I have also managed to steal enough "Me-time" to do some carpentry.

John (Riverlander) may recognize the pattern...

My sign:

John's post:

I didn't copy his idea. I was "inspired by his creativity"!!
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it! ;)

Actually, I'd been planning to put a sign in the roundabout at the head of our driveway, but initially was going to bolt it to two short star-pickets... until I saw what John had created out of some old wood. The nearest I had was some recycleable 3x2s. But it works!
