Went to sleep early last night and missed saying goodnight. Had no trouble getting back into Oz but when going through customs at the Auckland airport the rat bags took my 2 cans of L&P (fizzy drink) and a tin of NZ boysenberries off me because they were 250mls and that is 50ml over the limit BUT why can you bring more than that in one bottle of booze??? I asked the lady if I could have one of the drinks back so I could at least drink one, she said yes but I had to drink it at her desk, which I did. When we were leaving Adelaide airport a lady took my hand sanitizer 50ml off me saying it was not permitted?? o such thing coming through NZ or back here?? Might be nice if it was consistent both sides of the Tasman. Hang in there Deborah sales will get better. Are you passing this way at all when you head west? Watching Ghost again and it gets me every time Op shops were good to me Deborah On our way home coming along Cross rd near the freeway I saw a bloody big Koala suddenly take off from the kerb and ran across the 4 lanes of traffic, I must admit I screamed and watched in the mirror and I reckon he made it to the other side OK. Going to take HTFFBO to do the op shop crawl next week Also got my police clearance from NZ so another step towards Oz Citizenship. Today we had a reasonably good day, so no complaints. Best seller still is the damned earrings. Several customers bought 2 pairs, so that helped the red line to turn closer to black We have been using the hand sanitiser, every time that money has crossed our paws. When we had a few customers close together, the perfume of the hand stuff set me off sneezing and gave his nibs a sinus headache. He has been write off all afternoon. Luckily we had a different brand bottle of the stuff in the van. We tried it, and while it does have a bit of perfumey smell, it isn't as bad as the first one that we used. We are doing our bit to prevent spreading disease, but the prevention may kill us anyway.

Have you tried the wipes for hand wiping? even Dettol kitchen wipes would do money is a real bug bearer. Catching up with some of the other forum nutters tomorrow so might meet a few unseen ones. Hardly needed the antigermo today, only had one sale. Still we had a fun sort of day. As various traders were bringing in messages from afar and sharing the details of shows that have been cancelled, it seemed like a lot were being sent on holidays. Many of us traders are working hard for a bit of pocket money, so we shall eat regardless. Others, this is their livelihood, so not such a fun thought for them. So far the show next weekend is still going ahead at Armidale, so tomorrow, we shall head on over there and set up our campsite.

Autumn? it's a flaming 8 degrees here tonight. Electric blanket is warming up nicely, so that is where I am headed.

Arrived in Armidale and have set up for at least the next week. Our weekend market has not been cancelled, but I will be surprised if they still run it. Also, I wont expect many customers either. Oh well, C"est la vie.

At least you are away from home same ol same ol stuff. OMG I have just found out there are only 18 loo rolls left in the cupboard doesn't worry the roolady so I don't care I was knackered today after going out yesterday, got up at 1pm.
