Speaking about coppers, I am now on a first name basis with the Police Commander (NZ) he is a really down to earth guy that listens. Tell you about it when all is done. Anyway PJ today too cold outside, even my pussy stayed in all day & George did some painting . Q/ Seeing we just paid the rego for the bus and can't go anywhere can we get the $$ back ??? Watched a Steptoe & Son movie this arvo, have not wet myself like that in a while, why don't they put those oldies back on telly? Goodnight everyone x Goodnight Pet-els x

Just a goodnight folks yesterday not feel the best with a bit of a temperature so went to Flinders hospital and joined the line for the virus test.
One hour before I was taken in and a 5 minute procedure and advise. Told 48 hrs at lest before results. Late this morning a txt to say all clear and a very relieve bloke for sure.

Have to say a big thank you to all the people on the front line in this their service and dedication is fantastic. If you are in SA please have a check as the government is conducting a major testing program until the 30/4. Main age group not being tested is 20 to 30 years of age.

Beautiful sunny day here Dot, does get cooler when the sun starts to set, rain was forecast but no sign of it. G'son went for a swim at the beach this morning, exercise before work.

Yep, Dot, what Shirley said was right. It was warm enough today to do a lap at the beach (for those silly enough to get in the icy water, that is). Agree with you about the old tv shows. Bring back Ted Bullpitt and watch the commoners crow about racism! xxxx

Ray, sorry for using technical terms. When wrapping bits of glass with thin copper foil before soldering it all together, its just called copper foiling. A blasted fiddly process that is often accompanied by tiny nicks on the fingers from sharp points in the glass. My phone doesn't recognise my finger prints at the moment
Spent today cleaning house and getting back to the shed to do some more upcycled necklaces. As I was packing away the mess, I remembered to make matching earrings. So instead of an early day, I ended up fiddling around to find the right bits of sparkly glass to try to match the bits already made. It would be really smart to make the earrings as I do the necklaces Better luck tomorrow.
