Sleep well Dot xxxx
I had success with the credit card machine today. I charged my credit card $1.11 and then issued a refund of $1.11. Just to see that I am doing it all right and how the process actually works. I can see the transactions on my online bank statement and the square people sent an email to verify the refund. No refund is issued straight away, to give me time to refuse it. Obviously I am going to be very cautious of this technology, but I had no choice, if I want to trade under covid conditions. Cash is still my prefered payment, but now I am doing what the gov wants. My "income" will now be very visible, but hopefully, it is so small that they wont bother.
Van is almost packed and we are out of here in the morning. Looking forward to a long weekend at Hawksnest with our jayco mob.

Hope you're not asleep in the chair again Dot
xxxx
We had a good drive up to Hawkes Nest, and are settled in well. The only hassle is the frozen winds blowing off the ocean. So drugs have been needed to calm my head and still the ache is there. So an early night ill be happening here.
Stay safe out there,
good night one and all xxx

Check out the top right hand side of the Forum opening page. There is my black moon.
Have you got one, or is mine special.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Tanks, the moon only appears on my 'puter. I can't see it on the version on the phone. But I will look forward the get together when there is a black moon rising.
That should be interesting.
Dot, dont worry about the ducks. They will sort things out themselves.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
We had mother duck and 6 ducklings wander up our drive a week or two ago. They then turned and wandered back across the main road towards the creek in the park, successfully avoiding the traffic.

The nasty cold weather is back again. Watching how the Pragani car is made I want one
Maybe I could ask our PM for the $$ seeing as they paid $30 million for land for new Sydney airport that was valued at only $3 million one yr later.
Will be glued to the TV for Bathurst this weekend, was pretty good today so looking forward to the weekend. Ducks were gone this morning and no feathers so that's good.. Goodnight everyone x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Sprung Dot. No more nana naps before bedtime....or go to bed earlier on those sleepy nights. xxxx
Ducks? nah, our town is full of the little buggers. If they survive the traffic, they will find water. Our ducks are all breeding at the moment, so we have lots of tiny ducklings wandering the streets.
Tanks, I get the black moon picture too. I think it means there is no moon visible tonight.
Had a lovely long sleep last night and woke a lot happier. We did a little grocery shop and visited vinnies. Were they had very uninteresting stuff, but it was an outing.. The rest of the day was catching up with lovely people and very long happy hours.
