Bob and Robyn, you have no idea how hard it was to even get a certain Peter interested in sparkly stuff. He wouldn't even consider wearing one of my fancy brooches! Be nice to be able to get back out there and do it over again.

Today the salt mine was back in full production. A load of window hangers went through the heat while I cut a couple of fancy bowls ready for the first firing soon. I need some ugly sleep again,

I actually sold 5 of my window hangers today to a neighbour. That gave me a reason to smile. I'll spend a lot of time tomorrow packaging them up for her to send to Canada as Christmas presents. I fired up another bowl and constructed the last of the window hangers. So a productive lair day.

G will hopefully be putting the new tow bar on the suzuki tomorrow if it doesn't get toooooo hot in the shed. Fresh out of the kiln this morning.

There is still one in the kiln that was too firey to photograph.
This will get fired tomorrow.

This is today's creation. I looked at the scrap pile and it needed to be used up. Hate to see it get to be a big pile.

They will all be fired flat and then I will have a week of firing each one into a bowl shape. Now that I have decided this shape is the best for travel and usefulness, I will make a few more with the new glass that arrived today as well. It's all happening here.

They should be interesting Deborah. Stayed in side all day today too dam hot out side. G man got the tow bar on the suzuki but had to make a few extra holes, so much for being especially made for the model . Thunder is really making an appearance this evening and poor Brian is hiding in the Walk in robe. My sister in Melbourne asked me if I got the birthday card she sent me ? posted it 29/10/2020. Not yet I said. This is so silly considering Aust post were employing people... Time to hit the sack so goodnight everyone x Goodnight Bobr x
