Certainly are!
Moron from Sydney travelled to Melbourne this week, sparking a MAJOR problem...
The instant shut-down has cost businesses thousands... AGAIN!
If only they had known what the future held... maybe they would have chosen NOT to travel to Melbourne.

Bernie, re the head and itch.
Try a really hot moist (like as hot as possible) compress. Just rest it on the area. it might relieve the itch / soreness etc. That worked for me when I was getting over shingles around the eye some 20 ish years ago.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Busy day it twas, Dr pleased with both of us. Then off to our physio for a delivery of oranges, back up to Mt Barker for some shopping then home. In the Drs rooms everyone wore masks, into the supermarket and K mart no one but me wearing a mask ??? Still reckon the "powers that be" have opened the borders too soon mainly for the votes for letting people travel for Xmas. Backfired huh!! Tomorrow we are off down to Victor Harbor to see G's daughter (he is, I'm going op shopping) and a walk along the beach. Goodnight everyone x
Goodnight Chuck x
Keep safe everyone

Goodnight all. Dysart has just had heavy rain tonight, and more to follow in the morning.

I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Yes Dot, it has been a little damp underfoot. Last night we had 2 inches of rain and a friend at Forster tells me that they had 4 inches overnight. He also told me that the park where we go is actually underwater in places as it is very low lying. From bush fires last Christmas to floods and covid this Christmas. What next? xxxx
Our son has also decided to give the van park a miss this year. He has been watching the weather forecasts as well as the covid crap and he reckons the only place for them is home. I agree, obviously. If they come to visit us, they will be very careful, as will we. I fired up the kiln today and really had problems getting the controller to take control. It does not quite do as the book says and seems to have a mind of it's own. More time needs to be spent, re-reading the manual, again.
It's raining again, as I type, maybe we are going to need that ark all over again.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
This may be my first Nightly Goodnight Post ever because I am usually tucked up in bed when you night owls post. But tonight, we are parked up in Kay (Macca) and Bruce’s front yard because all the local Showgrounds are booked out. Wonderful friends who allow us to park here as our Xmas plans went pear shaped when our house was flooded two weeks ago.
Maybe the Xmas fairy can edit the photo so we are not standing in our heads.
