Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning.
Quite day was had...blood test in the morning (8.45) then home, got a call from next door...he needed a lift with the gull wing side door on his camper...
Then inside for the rest of the day.
Today I'm off to the optometrist for eye test.
I'm still getting a little bit of vertigo, got tablets for it yesterday.
So Ray did you crack a tinnie at the (beer o'clock) ??
Keep safe.

Good morning everyone. It was a much more pleasant day here yesty after that storm. It dumped 45mm the night before last. Got rid of most of the humidity.
I hope you can keep your vertigo in check Bernie.
Have a quality day everybody. Enjoy your bin truck watching Tanks. How's the water levels in Mannum? Safe travels.

Our A/C goes on at about the start of November, depending on Perth's weather, and rarely gets turned off ( except at night ) till about the end of Feb.
Middle 30's are the norm here during a Mandurah summer period.
Since Phyll's heart attack her thermostat is broke and above 25 deg , or below 20 she suffers from either hot flushes or cold spells.
I sorta went yehh yehh cos I like the Hot, but since having a Lung removed due to Cancer and hormone treatment as well as Radiation for Prostrate Cancer I'm even more critical of the temps, Phyll is cruising along and the sweat is pouring out of me, with my temper appropriately rising to boiling.
The Doc recons that that will eventually decrease, but now I sympathize with the women going through menopause.

another e-mail from one of my WA mates:---

An 84-year-old man is having a drink in Harpoon Harry's.
Suddenly a gorgeous girl enters and sits down a few seats away.
The girl is so attractive that he just can't take his eyes off her.
After a short while, the girl notices him staring, and approaches him.

Before the man has time to apologize, the girl looks him deep in the eyes and says to him in a sultry tone: "I'll do anything you'd like. Anything you can imagine in your wildest dreams, it doesn't matter how extreme or unusual it is, I'm game. I want $100, and there's another condition."'

Completely stunned by the sudden turn of events, the man asks her what her condition is.
"You have to tell me what you want me to do in just three words."
The man takes a moment to consider the offer from the beautiful woman.
He whips out his wallet and puts $100 dollars into her hand...

He then looks her square in the eyes, and says slowly and clearly: "Paint my house."
Our needs change as we get older, and we tend to look for bargains.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.
