Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. If it's any consoltion Bernie, it's 6° here in Mulwala too. But we might only get to 14 today.
Keith, I had that dry needling on the scarring after I snapped my Achilles a few years back. It seemed to work to ease the affects of that.
I'm off to the sons for a few more days of fence construction, that'll keep me busy.
Good luck with the ubolts Bernie.
Happy hump day everybody, safe travels.
Cheers

Thanks David, Invasive surgery is out due to my other numerous medical conditions --like continued breathing and a few cardiac/arterial matters, so I'm thinking the Dry Needle may be better than the opioid drugs. WORTH CONSIDERING

Good morning All. 2.3* in the bus here at Gunning, was 0.3* at 6:30, ice on the windscreen but a beautiful blue sky.
I had some trouble with the engine temp going up and down on the way here and lost some coolant, have a feeling it is to do with the thermostat bu will see if I can get a new radiator cap before I leave here, as the first step.

I'm on the cards to have a repeat Bone Density scan when I am settled in Perth. The previous scan was so long ago that I forgot that I had the procedure performed. The report was positive Osteoporosis, and some % level was quoted - - - I think.
It was back in the days when they used X-ray machines. I am unsure how they do it now.

Sorry Keith, what I meant was, to research an osteopath or pilates physio as an alternative to a chiro.

A Pilates Physio did mine. My GP organised it all. Not sure how it will go with a backbone though.

he fixed my lower back. I was in regular pain and started collapsing when walking. Four 30 minute sessions and all gone. AND, 3-4 years of chiro bone crunching never fixed it before that.

George, could the water loss be related to the vibration we felt the other day? (aka water pump?)

Jon_d,
I will be looking for that when I get to the West. It sounds like this maybe just what I need ---in any case better than some of the pain medication I am reluctantly taking.
