Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Going to visit Lord Nelson?   Sounds interesting, say hello to Steve for me xxxx

Took the van back to the engineers to have the axle replaced...finally. He told us that it was bent and needed to be replaced before Christmas, but couldn't get the part until today. So we have no van in the yard at the moment, but we are still here. Think that might play with some of the neighbours minds? They saw us leave with van this morning, returned while they were at work, so will be watching what weird things happen when they think we aint here.

goodnight everyone xxx

Happy travels Dot xxxx

Did a bit of upholstery today. Added some soft padding to the stool that travels with us for fairs/festivals. Amazing what a bit of soft can do.

The kiln was fired up again with a couple more necklaces that are being upcycled. They look very different and one will need another firing yet. They are very labour intensive, but a good challenge.

sweet dreams out there xxx

"tanks" here---
The Endone pill is a good resort for pain and pain problems but can be habit forming.
Get a script for Temaze 10mg from tour GP. They don't put you to sleep, but relax you enough that you go to sleep.
These are the little pills they give you in the hospital to help you sleep at night time.

Endone in small doses on an irregular basis isn't really a problem as such. It is a problem for those that take them in larger quantities throughout the day every day that become addicted and require more to get the same result, until the dose becomes fatal. The warning signs are when you realise you are reaching for the bottle yet aren't actually in serious pain. Well, that's what the doctor and the psych nurse told me. The psych nurse also told me to be very careful with the paracetamol, promoted as a safe alternative but over dosing destroys the liver ...... bit of a worry, I've been on the max permitted dose for 15 yrs since the accident ...... it might be a competition between the pain killers and the alcohol as which takes me out
