George will give you some sympathy Kay, he's not as hard as some over there. poor kay, suffering in pain but still made you a caramel tart, and what sympathy does she get in return.... Now, if you were camped up in our front yard and made me a carmel tart, I'd give you lots of sympathy Kay
Night all, time to dose up on the pills and hope they do something, 4 weeks away from physio and all his good work has come unglued

Hell you gals/guys carry on with some c--p don 't you

Terry & Marg there is home grown lamb roast for dinner this evening accompanied by Apple Crumble (so Catriana mentioned) custard homemade (Dot) .
My roast going in one BabyQ, the veges in another. We are both sort of still learning how to use them. My first roast was a burnt offering but that was at home!
So not think the tart would travel too well Terry -sorry

Does that mean the caramel tart will need to be made local? Should I start clearing a parking spot? I can even offer help from the local area Weber chef, she was employed by weber during the lead up to each christmas to do Weber cooking demos at the local agents showrooms

In Gods Country, Lake Illawarra near Wollongong, do you have caramel tart?

For Terry only so the rest of you just ignore

.
Last night had an Aldi's lamb shank done in Port wine and a bit of mint sauce with roast potatoes and sweet potatoes and carrots and onion. To finish it off I had a largish slice of Pavlova. Not bad for a males cooking EH what.
Tonight it was spaghetti with bacon, onion and capsicum and a spicy wog sauce and then another helping of Pav.
Don't tell Marg whatever you do.
The pav was left over from the days shearing meal so I think I deserved it.
Weight still going down, now 94.5 so I deserve a treat now and again.
Leave Kilmore next week and head for SA.
Regards
Brian

I'll be watching the mail box Kay
Brian, after all that no sugar diet, that pav must have been super sweet. We had scotch fillet steaks from a slab bought from the cheapie butcher, the one where Brian was always trying to chat up the women, $9.90kg and very nice meat indeed, potato and sweet potato chippies and an egg, and few glasses of Rutherglen Warrabilla estate 2010 Durif, I'm quite happy with that meal
