I've attempted to block them several times but they have a habit of changing IP addresses to get around blocks.
It's a Chinese Bot trying to index all the websites from around the world.
Most Bots will only hit a few pages a day but this one just sits there and sucks away for ever.
I have unlimited data on this server so unless it effects performance I haven't worried too much.
I'll block it again & see how long it takes to circumnavigate it.
I'll block all the 185.10.*.* block of IP's. If anyone yells out that they can't get the forum I might have to unblock it.

It would be an interesting post to put up on the main forum, it would let everyone know just how much information is available to anyone who even looks in on a forum, completely blowing away the nonsense the AMH and it's predecessors of the GOB forum can actually find out about you. A few of the backroom boys at the CF would be a little shocked when they discover all is revealed when they come in for a snoop as well, maybe a few of the GOB too

I'll block all the 185.10.*.* block of IP's. If anyone yells out that they can't get the forum I might have to unblock it.

Does software exist that will scan and see if anybody other than the above is using 185.10.*.*?

There probably is but you can do a whois on the block & most times you'll find who that block has been allocated to.
If you go here
http://cqcounter.com/whois/
& put in 185.10.*.* or even a specific one like 185.10.104.0 you'll get some info.
Because this bot uses the block between 185.10.104.0 right through to 185.10.107.255 I've simply blocked anything starting with 185.10 ...............
The other option is to block ........
185.10.104.*
185.10.105.*
185.10.106.*
&
185.10.107.*
