Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good afternoon. I have been to GP for a 6 mthly bone density injection this morning and while I was there was given an anti pneumonia jab and a full health test which I passed with flying colours. I was due to get my 2nd Covid shot tomorrow but have just received a text saying that will have to wait another fortnight because of the pneumonia jab that I was given. :?

A month ago we both booked in for the first jab & got told it'll be on the 2nd of Sept!
I guess it's more important to save Vic, NSW & Qlders?
& yes I'm over 70!!
Might wait till the 1st of Sept & cancel it out of spite!!

Bruce, I reckon that if our govt's were to actually tell the truth, we just might find that they haven't got enough to go 'round. Supposed to have 25 million doses. I'm thinking that someone in either state or federal govt is telling porkies....

Yes & how come they can give Papua New Guinea 9 million doses?
Plus Noumea
Plus Vanuatu ...
Plus plus plus.... Nearly all the islanders must look at us as cash cows?
Sorry .... 8 million!

We've both had the Astra Zeneca jab.
I had literally NO reaction, SWMBO had a sore arm for a coupla days & a 12 hour bout of lethargy... then all bright eyed & bushy tailed.

Son-&-Heir (aged 40) had the Pfizer jab (work requirement in ICU), and was a "Space Cadet" for four days. Couldn't even work out how to cook for himself. Had to call in a friend...

David ,I'm surprised you think our pollies would tell porkies as they are so charismatic, low paid, helpful, honest, hard working ,trustful and are there for us,all you have to do is ask them .....................................................OH is time to wake up now..I just had a strange dream.

It seems the federal govt has stuffed up with the supply of vaccines as Victoria don't have enough to vaccinate people,so it will probably happen interstate as well. Do I trust pollies ?...read my signature. LOOK DOWN HERE TO THE NEXT LINE.

Good morning everyone, the fruit bats have been having a party in the big shrubs outside the windows for a half hour or so this morning. Noisy buggers.
Today is sauce making day. Not looking forward to removing the skin from 10kg of tomatoes as I usually manage to burn myself. The man says it should be 22 here today so it should be nice out on the verandah, toiling away on the BBQ.
Bernie, I hope that you are taking Bruce's advice, don't overdo anything.
Safe travels everybody, have a great day.
Edit, I see Bernie and Bob ahead.
Go easy Bernie, just like Bob said.
Cheers
