Greetings from Central Queensland

Post by OzeDave »

Hi all... we're David & Bev, from Central Queensland and have been caravanning for just over 3 years now.
We upgraded from our Camper Trailer, which was becoming more and more difficult to set up as we got older.
We try to get away at least twice a year, for 6 to 8 weeks at a time. Heading off around Oz again next year.

Safe travels everyone!

Hi David & Bev and welcome to the best little forum in Oz and also NZ. If you are anywhere near Lake Elphinstone at the end of this month just turn up for the gathering of some of the forumites.

Welcome to the forum Bev and David, I'll take a guess at the Emerald area, although Barcaldine might be a second guess. Hope you like it here and join in with the fun and games... and ask any serious questions you might have with the risk of being attacked for not knowing the answer before you asked

Welcome to the forum Bev & David.

Ask all the questions you want, there are no silly questions here just the odd silly answer - sometimes, well, now & again, sorta... :D

Now buckle up & enjoy the ride.

Thanks for the welcome folks!
Rockhampton is home... although we just finished a 4 week trip out that way... Emerald, Barcaldine, Longreach, Winton, back to Barcaldine then down through Blackall, Charleville, Roma, Chinchilla, Dalby, Toowoomba, Burleigh Heads and back on up to Rocky.

Phew! That was a mouthful! :)
