A very simple program that can do magic with many types of files is IRFAN VIEW.
http://www.irfanview.com/
You'll notice the download link on the left.
It's free.
Once you open your picture in it, go to IMAGE / resize & select either % or pixels.
I find % is foolproof.
When it's resized you need to save it.
If you save in with the SAME name, you'll lose your original.
So what I advise you do is .........
open picture called "ourbus.jpg" but save it after resizing it as "ourbus2.jpg" or "ourbusresized.jpg".
Keep yelling if you need more help.

Thanks Bruce for the tips, so will try again.......

I think it worked, but I am not sure why it took so many times to get it right. Hating this computer at the moment, or is it just my computer illiteracy that is letting me down? :o
There must be a much easier way to get the pics on here!

Thanks Dotty,
yes we love our home away.. :D .

Gee Russell, you got the year right, but our little van is only an 18footer, the biggest poptop that they make. It's the biggest van that we can fit into our yard..on the rare occasional of us being home that is
Thankfully it has the required ensuite..a squeezy all in one number, but its still perfect for us.
Dot my camera must take really big pictures, I had to resize it down twice before the forum would let it on  But hey, I followed suggestions, fiddle farted for a long time and succeeded
