Is it just me, or has any one else found that they have to continually login every time the come to this forum?
Only started to happen since last update. It's a bit of a p.i.a.
I accept the fact that if I try to login from my phone then my 'puter I need to login. But it hasn't happened to me before.
Cheers

I have had to log in every time now for a few months even though I click on the remember me box.

OK after thorough investigation by me I've come to the conclusion that anyone that needs to EVER log in that has told the forum software to "Stay Logged In" needs to work out why.
The 'problem' is much more likely to be on their device whether it be a phone, tablet, computer, Mac devices of all flavours. It is very likely a setting in the browser's security settings to avoid tracking, hacking or some other crap.
If it can't be found in the browser then the next likely source is some sort of 'security' software like Norton, or one of the other multitude of anti-hacking or anti-tracking ripoff pieces of software that you might be paying for that you do NOT need.
eg. Windows 10 properly updated does not require or advise you to have ANY other protection other than what comes built into it already.
There trillions of posts that come up with a Google search of "Why do I always need to login to a forum".
See if you can find this page in your USER CONTROL PANEL
rememberkeys.jpg
Delete all right down the bottom of that page. No, not you Bernie!!!
Now log out & see if you can log in again & tell it to remember you.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
