Heavy vehicle licence is marked clearly across the top "National licence" so the states do not actually have any rights to demand the revenue comes their way rather than to another state ... just as long as you can verify the address on the licence is still a contact address ...... 'send a letter and see how you go' often results in an eye roll :lol: It really p*sses them because other states simply ignore the points thing unless it was in a heavy vehicle and not just a car camera fine, the fine goes to the registered vehicle owner .... there is always a catch when a state chooses to use cameras to do their traffic policing ......
