Well we did it, got out of the caravan park and stayed at a camp ground. At $6 per person per night with Toilets that were clean and security...

a couple of years ago when we stayed there - we were right by the beach - and woke up in the morning looking at whales lollling around only 200 m...

Not a bad spot, too busy for our liking, but obviously suits heaps. Mind you we met some lovely folk there.
