A good seller and easy to make is Rosella Jam. In the old days it was always on sale at the CWA stalls.
Find one of the locals who has a Rosella shrub growing in their back yard.

Sad day yesty, lady across from us was involved in a serious car accident in Biggenden. She was flown to Royal Brisbane Hospital by Chopper...It doesn't look good for her, same lady that had the tree limb across her container.
