I'm interested in seeing how it goes for this bit "• Reduces side effects of Menopause" either I'll go even deafer so I can't hear it, it will sharpen my reflexes so I know when to be some where else, or it will calm my nerve so I can just do the "Yes dear" and ignore the pain of things bouncing off my head
Lucky for me, it hasn't started yet, been through it in a previous relationship so I'll be prepared this time :?

I agree with you there Glenda, definitely a lottery win this time.
My plant thingy is growing very quickly, I'd estimate I already tripple the white lumpy stuff that I started with, so I don't appear to have killed it yet

I bought a plastic jar of mango pieces in some sort of liquid, says it fruit nectar, no preservitives or add sugar etc, 825g for $4, and the same with peaches, about $2.50, Goulburn Valley brand, I'll see how they go i a smoothie, also some bannanas and frozen berry mix. Already have the LSA mix to add to it, makes a great morning smoothy, we haven't been having them for a while now so this might get us back into the swing of it.

Yeah perfect, in summer the frozen fruits works a treat, you get a real frozen smoothy, the stick mixers mash them up beautifully, all the different berries and yeah the frozen mango or any of the canned fruits, the sugar doesn't matter either, that your preference to calorie intake, I have just been using bananas lately cause they're cheap!! But it's up to your taste and imagination to what you mix into your Kefir..................Soooo nice and sooooo healthy for us too........win win :D
Oh....what's LSA?

LSA is linseed (flaxseed) sun flower seeds and almonds http://www.nutrivital.com.au/foods/prod ... ail_10.php supposed to be good for the liver and has a stack of goodies in it. My poor liver cops hell from the latest lot of pain killers so I am going to try and help it out a bit, I've had to almost stop drinking, well almost
